DELIVERY QUESTIONS:

How can I add a specific note, request, or delivery detail to my online order?

When placing your order, simply include your message or special instructions in the “Note” section of the order form. Every note is carefully read by a member of the Ash & Lily team and communicated directly to the designers and delivery staff.

Here’s an example of what you might include:

Please deliver by Saturday, October 21st. If my mom doesn’t answer the door, you may leave the arrangement under the garage awning.”

Can I request specific colors or customize my flower arrangement?

All of our arrangements are created as “designer’s choice” to ensure we use the freshest seasonal blooms available at the time of delivery. While we are unable to guarantee specific flower types or colors, we always do our best to honor special requests when possible—especially when orders are placed in advance.

For fully custom arrangements, please reach out at least one week prior to your desired delivery date by emailing us at hello@ashandlily.com.

How will I know my flowers have been delivered?

Once you place your order online, a member of the Ash & Lily team will contact you via email that same business day to confirm your order and share important delivery details (such as your scheduled delivery date).

Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. While we’re unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests made in advance.

Where does Ash and Lily deliver?

Truckee (Martis Camp, Lahontan, Schaffer’s Mill, Tahoe Donner, etc.), Palisades Tahoe, Tahoe City, Kings Beach, and Incline Village. We do not offer deliveries to South Lake Tahoe. However, we can ship a flower wrap to anyone in California with 2-day UPS delivery. Email hello@ashandlily.com to set this up.

Do you offer same-day deliveries?

We kindly ask for a 24-hour lead time on all flower deliveries to ensure quality and freshness. While same-day delivery is not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate special requests when possible. For urgent orders, please email us directly at hello@ashandlily.com.

The flowers I received don’t look exactly like the ones pictured. Why?

Each Ash & Lily arrangement is designed using the freshest seasonal blooms available that week. The photos shown online—Luxury, Lavish, and Ultimate—are examples of our design style and color palettes, not exact replicas.

While we do our best to honor special requests (especially when orders are placed in advance), each arrangement is unique and crafted based on current floral availability. Pricing reflects the size, scale, and specific blooms used in each custom creation.
